In-game Description
The Heavy Cluster Rocket system hearkens back to the simpler days of the 25th century, when the delicate dance of ever improving target acquisition and electronic countermeasures was trampled by the brute force of unguided explosive barrages. To this day, the majority of missile interception systems are optimised against torpedoes and guided missiles, not clusters of rockets. Hitting anything faster than a station can still be a challenge though, forcing a delivery from close range.
