A profoundly tranquil system, Watchful Gaze is shrouded in a purple haze of stillness. It appears that the system had not been connected to the inhabited network before the most recent rounds of Jump Gate activations, and has only recently been mapped. Despite the vastness of the network, it is rare to come upon a system of such beauty, and even rarer for it to remain wholly untouched for long.However, due to the system's remote location, and because it offers little in terms of resources, it does not appear to be an attractive candidate for large-scale colonisation efforts. Should Watchful Gaze establish itself as part of a major trade route in the future, the system's serene ambiance would likely be disturbed by pirates looking for an easy mark. Anyone intending to pass through these vistas with valuable cargo is well advised to keep an eye out for such disruptive elements
